I was originally planning running 18 miles this morning, but due to an unseasonal rain (ok, more like a drizzle) I decided to post-pone it 'til tomorrow. I don't usually like going off schedule, but with all the stress I've been putting on my body lately a day off is probably a good thing.
In the mean time I'll just relax and enjoy the latest issue of the Runner's World...which is filled with NYC Marathon related content. Here's a section of a great course map found in the magazine:
