About a week ago when I jacked up my knee, I also started to get this annoying cough. I was hoping it would just go away after few days, but it kept getting worse and worse...to the point where I could barely get any sleep at night. So I went to see my doctor today and once again went under the x-ray...and what do you know, I have pneumonia.
Fortunately though, I've been able to ride easily (below 75% max HR) on my trainer without any discomfort -- so hopefully I can still maintain some fitness while I recover from this infection and the knee injury.






Just when I was starting to get into a good routine of riding/running, I've hit my first road block in my training: a bone contusion/bruise in my left knee. I had just finished an easy spinning session on a trainer yesterday, and was about to put away my bike when I accidentally smashed my knee into my coffee table.
